All service contracts are tailored to suit the individual needs of every customer because, in our experience, all sites are different. As well as one off single service visits, we offer a fixed annual cost service contract based on the frequency of use and the number of service visits required.

We can commit to long-term contracts if required, offering improved budgeting, minimal chance of your wall requiring expensive repairs, compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and extended warranty on Style’s range of moveable folding partition walls.

Regular servicing of your moveable wall will reduce your need to maintain an AVR (Asset Value Register). This is the financial reserve a company should maintain to pay for unexpected liabilities such as a failing moveable wall.

Acoustic Integrity

Most Operable Walls are put in place to form an acoustic barrier between one room and another. Experience shows that lack of servicing greatly affects the acoustic performance of your dividing wall.

This can lead to meeting rooms being unused, privacy not being maintained and complaints and cancellations from paying customers. Regular servicing of your moveable wall to ensure seals are fully operational, panel seals correctly locked, panels are correctly aligned and peripheral seals are making proper contact are important features of your moveable wall service plan provided by Style.


All of our engineers are fully trained and experienced to work on all makes and types of folding partition systems. Our engineers are fully accredited to service, operate and repair all Style partitions including fully automatic ComfortDrive, Dorma Moveo semi-automatic, and Skyfold vertically rising systems. All engineers have been trained in health and safety, asbestos awareness, risk assessment, and PASMA. Style is also CHAS and ConstructionLine accredited.

For all Style installed moveable walls up to 3.8 metres high, we use a single-team service operation complete with the latest Tele Tower access equipment which helps to keep costs down and provides a flexible arrangement to suit customers’ busy scheduling. Over the height of 3.8 metres tall, a two-person team is provided.

All of our engineers are equipped with Android Tablet technology which enables us to record all of your service history, provide photographic and video evidence, enable 48hour turnaround on any repair quotations and immediate download to the administration office in order to expedite service completion sheets for the customers log book.

What is provided in a basic service visit?

All service quotations will be tailored to suit the needs of the customer, the complexity of the dividing wall layout, the frequency of use, the number of site visits required, and also the size/type of moveable wall installed.

Extended Warranty

Products installed by Style come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Style also offer an extended warranty on all parts and components, subject to an agreed service contract being put in place and  services being undertaken by Style in accordance with the agreed service plan.
