Moveable Walls

Hufcor's Type 100 moveable wall is available in a single or double point configuration and can offer an acoustic sound rating of up to Rw 57 dB to the latest European standards.

The wall panels comprise of an aluminium frame and MDF facing boards and can have a ‘trimmed’ or ‘trimless’ appearance. The wall panels are fully supported by an aluminium overhead track. A floor guide is not required as the panels are stabilised by a top and bottom seal system. The seals are activated manually by means of a removable handle or automatically by electric motors.

Almost any finish is possible including melamine, laminate and polished wood veneers along with traditional fabric backed wall coverings. Additional features include acoustic sound absorption boards, magnetic display boards, dry wipe marker, pin boards and display rails.

Where access is required through the moveable wall we are able to offer a full height end hinged panel, a single inset pass door or a double inset pass door. The design of the pass doors ensures the overall acoustic performance of the partition is retained.

Panels small or large can be manoeuvred to stack compactly within a room at either the end of the track or remotely within a storage recess.
